Caroline Joyce is a Senior Professional Research Assistant in the Institute for Health Research (IHR) at Kaiser Permanente Colorado. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Health from Georgetown University in 2015 and her Masters in Nutrition for Global Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine the following year. During her studies, she spent four months in Dar es Salaam and Lindi, Tanzania and Santiago, Chile, conducting primary research on quality of care at a regional hospital and the effect of sugar consumption on adolescent health, respectively. After graduation, she worked at SomaLogic in Boulder, CO as a Clinical Data Manager for proteomic studies before coming to KPCO. Despite her love of travel, she is happy to be back in Colorado and utilizing her public health expertise within the SONNET Network.
